บ้านนี้สร้างมาตั้งแต่ พ.ศ. ๒๔๔๐ เป็นทรัพย์สินส่วนบุคคล ท่านเจ้าของบ้านกรุณาเปิดให้คนเข้าเยี่ยมชมเป็นขวัญตา
น่าชมมาก ค่าเข้าชมคนละ ๒๐ บาท ถือว่าเล็กน้อยมาก
ที่แสดงไว้ด้วย น่าสนใจ แต่ห้ามถ่ายรูปมา คือตั๋วสัญญาซื้อขายทาส สมัย ร. ๕ ก่อนเลิกทาส ตั๋วสัญญานี้ เจ้าตัวจะขายตัวเองเป็นทาสก็ได้ แบบฟอร์มเป็นภาษาไทยกลาง แต่การกรอกข้อความเป็นตัวล้านนา

Ban Wongburi has been built since around 1897. This applied European home has been a residence of heirs of the governor of Phrae for 4 generations.

On display there are some old slave-selling contracts. Unfortunately, no photo was allowed. The form was in central Thai characters but the filled writing was in Lanna (northern Thai) script. Of interest was that, one sold himself as a slave using this contract as well.
